Copy every identification field
This is a purchasing checklist. Record the manufacturer, full part number and suffix, hardware revision and any available software or calibration identifiers. Include vehicle, machine or engine identity.
Keep original photographs
Show the complete label without glare, housing, mounting points and every connector face. Include pin groups and keyways. Do not replace the original photographs with a compressed screenshot.
Keep similar references separate
Similar housing or a shared engine-family name does not establish interchangeability. Keep each suffix and version in the enquiry. Do not merge a module reference with an engine designation.
Tie the quotation to the proposed item
Request the actual module number, current label and connector photographs, condition, included setup work, quantity and destination. Record unresolved configuration questions in the enquiry.
